Dramatic Star Wars™ and the Power of Costume Presentation at Denver Art Museum Offers Out-of-this-World VIP Experience
Exhibition website launches with special hotel packages and tourism information to enhance Mile High City visit
The Denver Art Museum (DAM) and VISIT DENVER have launchedwww.PowerOfCostumeDenver.com, a microsite offering an array of exclusive hotel packages that feature VIP skip-the-line tickets to the DAM’s exhibitionStar Wars™ and the Power of Costume. On view Nov. 13, 2016 through April 2, 2017, the exhibition will feature more than 70 hand-crafted costumes from the first seven blockbuster Star Wars™ films, along with 100 additional pieces, many of which have never been seen, sourced directly from George Lucas’s Skywalker Ranch.
The exhibition will closely examine the captivating process of the conception and design of the iconic costumes, from Queen Amidala’s Throne Room Gown to Darth Vader’s imposing black uniform, giving visitors a look into the fantasy, marvel and delight of bringingStar Wars characters to life.

In addition, there will be creative hotel packages that include VIP tickets that allow people to skip the lines and see the exhibition on their schedule.”
Through a collaboration between DAM and VISIT DENVER, individuals can now visitwww.PowerofCostumeDenver.com for Star Wars™ and the Power of Costume ticketing information, hotel packages, itinerary suggestions and more. Many opening week, regularly priced tickets are already sold out; but through this collaborative website, guests can access VIP tickets for opening week and throughout the duration of the exhibition.
Visitors can see the exhibition any time it is open with skip-the-line VIP tickets only available through the hotel packages on www.PowerofCostumeDenver.com. Hotel packages currently range from $199 to $329 a night at one of 13 downtown partner hotels, and include two VIP exhibition tickets (unless otherwise noted).
