ESTA APPLICATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 72 HOURS BEFORE TRAVEL DATE
With the busy booking period upon us, we just wanted to remind everyone that applications for the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) must be made at least 72 hours before the intended date of travel to the United States.
The processing of ESTA applications in less than 72-hours from the date of travel is entirely at the discretion of the Department of Homeland Security and is not guaranteed.
Arriving at the airport without a previously approved ESTA or visa will likely result in being denied boarding.
In order to avoid disappointment, we recommend that ESTA applications are made well in advance of the intended travel date.
